Tina is a change management practitioner and holds the prestigious Prosci Change Management Certification. She acquired both her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business and Management and her Master of Business Administration Degree from Woodbury University.  Her passion in the field of organizational development and human capital strategy led her to a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.
